The gas jacketed cooking kettle uses gas (liquefied gas, natural gas, or artificial gas) as the energy source. The pot body can be overturned to easily pour out the cooking materials. The stirring motor is a step-less variable speed motor, which can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain speed range to meet the requirements of food processing technology. The stirring blade is easy to disassemble and wash. The stirring arm can be raised and lowered. The center stirring frequency is high and will not destroy the original state of the ingredients, and also not cook materials to burn.

● Heating method: Flame heating, automatic ignition. The flame size is adjustable, the temperature rises quickly, and the heating temperature is high. A jacket also can be added. Introduce thermal oil (conduction oil) into the interlayer as a heat transfer medium. Then the heating will be more gentle.

● Stirring method: The structure of the stirrer and scraper is unique. The material is stirred and mixed more evenly, and the scrapers scrap the pot more thoroughly.

● Temperature measurement method: Wireless temperature measurement system makes the temperature measurement signal transmission more stable and accurate.

● Discharging method: The pot body is automatically tilted (up to 90 degrees) to discharge the cooking materials which is fast and thorough.

● Reasonable design: Embedded pipe design. The surface of the frame is clean and hygienic which is easy to clean.
